Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service to violate law, insurance rules, privacy rights, employment obligations, consumer protection laws, anti-spam rules, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.

You may not send spam, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, scrape or harvest data, overload the service, share credentials, impersonate others, access unauthorized workspaces, or interfere with platform integrity.

Insurance and lead activity

You are responsible for obtaining required consumer consent, honoring opt-outs, using lawful lead sources, following marketing and telemarketing rules, and ensuring agents and users are properly licensed and authorized.

Uploads and content

You may not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, malicious, or unrelated to legitimate business use of the platform.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
