Subscription & Billing Terms

Free Individual accounts

The Individual license is free, requires no payment method and has no trial expiration. Creating an Individual account does not authorize recurring charges. Optional Team upgrades cost $69.95 USD per month, charged at checkout and renewed monthly until canceled. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Plans and subscriptions

Self-serve plans are billed or tracked at the account level unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise. Enterprise plans may be handled through a custom agreement, invoice, or sales-led onboarding process.

Plan features, limits, pricing, billing interval, trial terms, and promotional terms are shown at signup, invitation acceptance, checkout, or in account settings.

Trials and promotional pricing

If a trial or promotional offer is provided, the trial length, price, plan, and conversion terms will be shown before activation. Trial availability may vary by user, invite, company, plan, or prior use.

Unless otherwise stated, a trial provides temporary access and may end automatically if purchase or payment confirmation is not completed.

Recurring billing and renewals

When live payment processing is enabled, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, applicable taxes, plan changes, and authorized add-ons.

We will provide billing disclosures and cancellation methods designed to satisfy applicable subscription and auto-renewal requirements.

Cancellation

Self-serve subscriptions may be canceled through account or subscription settings when cancellation is available online. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access may continue through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Enterprise or invoiced subscriptions may be subject to the cancellation terms in the applicable order form, invoice, or written agreement.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. We may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.

Failed payments and taxes

If a payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, or downgraded until payment is resolved. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and government charges associated with your subscription unless the law requires us to collect them directly.

Simulated billing during rollout

Before Stripe or another live processor is enabled, the platform may show simulated billing status, renewal dates, and plan activation for workflow testing and account provisioning. Simulated billing is not a real card charge.
